1. Select ‘2025 Membership Application’ below (green button).
2. Fill out the form.
3. Preview the form by clicking the ‘Preview Form’ button below the form.
4. If form is submitted by email skip step 5 and goto step 6.
5. For a hardcopy form submission, download the preview form in pdf and save it on your device. Print the form on a printer, sign the hardcopy form (required before submission). Submit completed and signed form to the
   Mailing address: SENJAN WOODS GOLF CLUB 7802 6th Line, R.R. #2, Elora, ON N0B 1S0.
6. If form submission is done by email, download the preview form in pdf and sign the pdf form on a mobile device using a pdf app (Adobe Acrobat recommended). Alternatively, you can digitally sign the form in the preview window by using the pen/draw tool, then download the signed pdf form.  Email the digitally signed form to troy@senjangolf.com.
7. Payment by  e-transfer is the preferred method. Address the etransfer to membership@senjangolf.com. Do not send an e-transfer until April 2025.
   
8. If payment by cheque, post-date cheque for APRIL 15, 2025 payable to Senjan Woods Golf Club Inc.
