Instructions

1. Select ‘2024 Membership Application’ below (green button).
2. Fill out the form.
3. Preview the form by clicking the Preview Form button below the form.
4. Download the preview form in pdf and save it on your device. If form is submitted by email skip step 5 and goto step 6.
5. Print the form on a printer, sign the hardcopy form (required before submission).
6. If form submission is done by email, sign the pdf form on a mobile device using a pdf app (Adobe Acrobat recommended). Email the digitally signed form to troy@senjangolf.com.
7. Submit completed and signed form and accompanying cheque post-dated for APRIL 15, 2024 payable to Senjan Woods Golf Club Inc.

8. If you prefer to pay by e-transfer, address the etransfer to membership@senjangolf.com. Do not send an e-transfer until April 2024.
